Dharma provides access to sacred Hindu texts, including the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and other scriptures, in Hindi and English. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The App, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Kinetic Mind, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The sacred texts provided within the App are in the public domain; however, the translations, formatting, and presentation are proprietary.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Mind, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
